User authorization and protection on the web

1.   User Access Privacy: is a term referring to the protection of a user's   personal information and the control of who has access to that information when querying and booking online services through VivahSamaroh. This includes ensuring that users have the right to keep their data private and that unauthorized parties or pinging cannot access sensitive information.

a.    Secure Authentication: URL:-<https://vivahsamaroh.com >follows strong authentication methods to secure the encrypted protocol, which employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates or  Site Lock Security  (SLC) which authenticate user’s identities between web servers and web browsers. Verifies authentication and prevents unauthorized access.

b.   Data Encryption: Secure Sensitive data transferred between a web user's device and a web server is encrypted using protocols such as the Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure </HTTPS (SSL/TLS) or two-factor authentication (2FA) to hide and prevent data interception, and your data is automatically protected over the web so any attackers can't steal the data.

c.    Privacy Policies: The Websites and the upcoming APP have clear and transparent privacy policies https://vivahsamaroh.com/privacy-policy  that inform users about the type of data collected, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared, which may basically be shared between the user and vendors as per your requirement.

d.   Avoid unauthorized and fraudulent activity:

Avoid suspicious links : Company does not share or promote any link which looks suspicious or redirects users to unfamiliar websites or looks like similar URL link, so please check and users should report any such link immediately if you feel so.

e.   Customers who are Users will not be required to pay any fees, charges, or compensation: This can be shared by any third party or unknown or unauthorized person, so please don't share, like, click, or give any amount.

If anyone asks or demands to pay a processing fee, maintenance fee, or booking fee for marriage service on behalf of the Company through LINK, UPI, or any other mode, do not pay any kind of fee because you are a customer (subscriber) or the booking of marriage service search service on the Website is absolutely free.

Strong Password: create strong, unique passwords and use of a combine of latter (both ensure upper and lower case), number and special characters.

Update regularly:  change on Password on regular basis and don’t forget logout.

While browsing the site, you should visit the site regularly for any new information provided on the site or any changes, and the company reserves the right to update or change the policy without notice.

Guest Authorization on the Web: The Company provides authenticated users with appropriate permissions and access rights based –Dashboard on the requirements, responsibilities, and functions to be performed under the Vivahsamaroh Services that ensure that users only access specific resources, and tools on the dashboard that they are authorized to use, and prevent them from accessing unauthorized areas that are appropriate for vendors or administrators, not web users. Update website content and remove any outdated or irrelevant information that could potentially cause vulnerable or psychology or vulnerable or confusion or misunderstanding.

a. Role Access Control post (RACPs): User àRoleà Right- Defining users to specific roles posted (e.g., Blogger, user, and guest) of users accessed, the context of the access request, and their allowed specific management( Regular Security Audits), which reduces the risk of accidental data exposure

b. Regular Access Reviews: Are user access rights reviewed periodically to ensure that permissions are still appropriate, correct and necessary?

User Authorization on Vivhasamaroh: User authorization in the framework of a wedding event simply means granting specific permissions and access to various individuals involved in organizer, booking, planning, managing, or participating in the event. This authorization ensures that only authorized or genius customer with roles and responsibilities can access the information needed to perform certain wedding-related tasks or activities, and regardless of user authentication and security, we can enhance the security of their systems and provide users with a safer and more reliable facility to enjoy our services with benefits.

a. Event Organizers: Those responsible for planning and managing a wedding may have full access to the Vivahsamaroh platform for all professional wedding vendors, as well as the wedding planner needed to arrange the wedding ceremony, plan the wedding reception, Catering Menu, wedding music, wedding speech, send out invitations, handle logistics, and do so timely and cost-effectively.

b. Guests: Guests may have limited access rights, allowing them to view, comment on, and access specific information related to the event, but any vulnerability and privacy concerns will restrict such activity immediately.

c. Vendors: Authorized vendors (i.e., caterers, wedding vows, photographers, wedding parties, and other wedding services) may have access to designated dashboards to monitor the provision of their services.

d. Family Members: Different wedding family members may have different access levels depending on their roles, opinions, and responsibilities for posting photos during the ceremony, sharing albums, and announcing the wedding in the digital world, so read the policy carefully.

d. Wedding Photos: Ensuring that the photographer and other attendees respect privacy when taking and sharing photos. The photo may not be used publicly except by the author of the photograph and the original copyright owner who "shoots" or "owns" the photograph.

e. Live Streaming and Social Media: If the wedding is live-streamed or shared on social media, it is to ensure that the preferences and privacy choices of the couple are respected, and permission must be obtained from the photographer's owner before sharing. 

f. Privacy Preferences: Allowing guests to set their own privacy preferences, such as preventing the sharing of their personal information with certain individuals or data mining by third parties.
